Dokzo provides a private, on-device document vault and smart reminder service for Android. The app stores document images and PDFs locally, extracts key metadata using AI-assisted processing, and delivers OS-native reminders before expiry or renewal dates. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the app. By using Dokzo, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Dokzo uses Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your Dokzo session. Dokzo is not liable for loss arising from unauthorised access to your Google account. Your Firebase UID persists when you sign in with the same Google account on a new device.

Free tier: Up to 3 documents at no charge. Core vault and search features are available to all users.
Pro tier: ₹549 one-time payment for 5-year access — up to 1,000 documents and encrypted backup. Purchased exclusively through the Google Play Store.
All purchases are processed by Google Play. Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
After the 5-year Pro term expires, existing documents remain readable. Adding new documents requires renewal.
Dokzo may modify pricing for future purchases at any time. Existing Pro users retain access for the original purchased term.

You are solely responsible for the documents you store in Dokzo. You represent that you have the lawful right to store and process those documents. Dokzo does not review, access, or moderate your stored content.

Dokzo uses AI to extract dates and metadata. While we continuously improve accuracy, extracted information may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for verifying critical deadlines independently. Do not rely solely on Dokzo's reminders for legally or financially critical actions.

Dokzo schedules OS-native local notifications based on extracted dates. Notification delivery depends on your device's Android version, manufacturer battery optimisation settings, and notification permissions. Dokzo does not guarantee delivery in all device configurations. We strongly recommend verifying renewal dates independently for high-stakes documents.

Encrypted backup to Google Drive is available to Pro users as a convenience feature. Dokzo is not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, data corruption, failure of Google Drive services, or loss of your encryption key. You are solely responsible for maintaining regular backups.

The Dokzo name, logo, design, and all original content within the app are the exclusive property of Dokzo or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the app without express written permission.

You agree not to:

Store documents that violate applicable law or the rights of any third party
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
Use automated tools to access or interact with the app
Circumvent or attempt to bypass plan limits or paywall logic
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its features

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Dokzo does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that extracted dates and metadata will be accurate in all cases.

Dokzo is not a legal, financial, insurance, or advisory service of any kind. Reminders and extracted dates are provided for convenience only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dokzo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to missed renewal deadlines, insurance lapses, regulatory penalties, or financial losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Dokzo's total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dokzo and its operators from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device. As all data is stored locally, uninstalling the app will permanently delete your vault unless you have created an encrypted backup.

Dokzo reserves the right to discontinue the app or any of its features at any time.

Dokzo may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
